ABOUT ME
I'm a teacher, play therapist, and MPC therapist with over 20 years of experience in the performing arts. I've worked as an actress, choreographer, director, and mentor in over 50 shows, always guiding creative processes with ordinary people—people with powerful stories, living bodies, and a lot to say.
From this intense experience in theater, my therapeutic perspective was born. Over the years, I realized that, often, what appeared on stage was loaded with deep stories, family pain, and emotional blocks that called for something beyond artistic expression.
I began to help my students intuitively, and upon moving to the US, I sought therapeutic training that would deepen this work. Today, I combine my artistic background with practices such as MPC Therapy, play therapy, epigenetics, and the principles of New Germanic Medicine to offer processes that welcome, listen, and transform.
I am the author of five theater books, an e-book for educators, and the book/game “What are games for?”, focused on expressive practices.
I provide online services and, when possible, in person.
I believe that every person has a voice — and when they find space to express themselves truthfully, a lot can change.
